Refund Policy

Cancellation

Due to the unique nature of handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason. If you require after-sales service for a product, please provide a complete unboxing video. Returns or exchanges will not be processed without an unboxing video. We highly recommend ensuring your satisfaction with the product before placing an order.

Please note that different production batches may result in slight variations in texture. If you request to cancel an order after 24 hours from the order date, and your goods have already been prepared and scheduled for shipment, we will refund only 60% of the total amount paid.


Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns for products under the following conditions:

  • You must apply for a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at pawtoto537@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted. Please retain the tracking number as proof of shipment. Pawtoto is not responsible for lost return packages; it is the customer’s responsibility to track lost packages through the mail carrier.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Please consider your purchase carefully before ordering. If the goods have been dispatched and are in transit (within the scheduled delivery time), we will only refund 60% of the total amount paid if you request a refund. We do not accept refunds for items that have already been received, except in cases where there was an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or damaged items. If this occurs, please take clear photos of the unused products and contact us. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, usually within a certain number of days.


Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are non-refundable once made.


Free Gifts

Free gift items are randomly selected and cannot be chosen.


Payment Options

We do not allow Klarna or Afterpay for gift card purchases. Additionally, Klarna and Afterpay cannot be used for booking services or consultations.


Damaged Items

Upon receiving your package, please check for any damages. If you receive a damaged product, a video of the unboxing must be recorded. The unboxing video is the only acceptable proof for after-sales service. Any damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If necessary, contact your bank for more information on the processing time. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at pawtoto537@gmail.com.
